I have been meeting the same group of women at the gym at 0615 for the last couple of years. This seems to be the best time for us as there is little time, energy, or inclination to work-out after we are finished for the day at our jobs.
For the most part, everyones' family is fine with this early morning arrangement as no one has any small children at home. Tho' one women's husband said to her this morning, "Are you going to that place again?"
We all had quite a laugh.
