Diff'rent strokes

The Geek prefers tiny flowers and quite dislikes the big ones.

I like them both.

The Geek's dislike has extended so far as to 'giving' this peony to Sema by digging up what she thought was the entire root ball. Three years later, it is bigger than ever. I think it has to do with giving the roots more room.

Some day I'll tell you about the rhubarb.

  1. It's not all big flowers, just messy ones that I can't understand and definitely ones that can't stand up on their own. Besides, the name peony sayd many things all on its own, I think.
I do like big flowers like sunflowers!

  2. I like big flowers. I also really like flower plants that cover the ground well so you see more greenery instead of bare dirt or weeds!

Today I planted the extra seed potatoes in the spots in the flower beds were nothing had come up yet. I suppose I should tell Kirsten so she doesn't weed them out. ;)
